Shipping
Orders placed before 12 p.m. GMT will be processed and shipped via our courier partners within 24 hours, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days for domestic delivery and 3-5 business days for international delivery. After payment, preordered items will be shipped 10 business days thereafter. During sales and the debut of new collections, processing times may be marginally longer. Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. You may be responsible for paying import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes upon delivery, depending on your shipping location. In such cases, we are unable to provide exact tax and duty rates; therefore, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.
Returns
Within 10 business days of delivery, Phosua Detailed accepts returns of unworn and unused products in their original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still affixed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and method. Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns.
